Meet Coach Tee
Coach Tee is a former filmmaker turned passionate coach, dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. While her personal training style blends HIIT and strength routines, she is well-versed in mobility and endurance, as well as mat-focused workouts that incorporate yoga and Pilates. Tee embraces the challenge of mastering new modalities to offer a diverse range of styles that cater to all. Residing in NYC with her two rescue pups, Coach Tee brings a creative and adaptable approach to her coaching, ensuring each client finds the right fit for their journey.
I've noticed I'm getting stronger. I no longer look at a machine or a movement and think "I have no idea where to even start with that" and I have the confidence to try new things that I'll be bad at in the beginning. I also have a better idea of what movements I prefer and what works best for certain target areas or is harder/I need more time spent on those areas.
